If you are a real estate agent, broker, or property owner and you publish a listing on Nadlan AI — or set a contact phone, WhatsApp number, or email on your agent profile — you understand and accept that this information becomes publicly accessible to other users, search engines, and approved AI crawlers. You confirm that any contact details you publish belong to you, that you have the right to publish them, and that you have obtained any required consents from third parties (such as homeowner clients you represent) under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. Nadlan AI is not responsible for how third parties use information you have chosen to make public.
By adding a property to Nadlan AI through our app or dashboard, you understand and agree that the listing — including address, photos, price, room count, features, and any free-text description you provide — will be automatically published and made publicly accessible to all visitors of nadlan-ai.co.il, including buyers, real-estate agents, search engines, and AI crawlers. This is a core function of our shared MLS: visibility across the network is what makes the platform useful for finding matches. You declare that you are entitled to publish the property and that you have obtained any required consents from third parties (such as the property owner, if you are listing on their behalf). You can request removal or mark a listing as inactive at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting support.

Nadlan AI is an AI-powered real estate platform that helps users search for, manage, and track properties in Israel. The platform provides property listings, an AI chat assistant, price tracking, reminders, and property management tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you submit (property listings, notes, images). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform. You must not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.
Our AI assistant provides information and recommendations based on available data. AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. Always verify property details, prices, and legal matters independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations.
Property information displayed on the platform is collected from various sources and user submissions. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing. Prices, availability, and property details may change without notice. Users should independently verify all property information before making any decisions.
When you publish a property listing on Nadlan AI — whether through the app, an integration, or a connected third-party source you have authorized — you are solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and completeness of that listing. You represent that you have the right to advertise the property, that all stated facts (price, size, address, features, ownership, broker license details) are correct to the best of your knowledge, and that the listing complies with the Israeli Real Estate Brokers Law, 5756-1996 and any other applicable law. Nadlan AI does not pre-verify listings and bears no liability for misrepresentations made by publishers.
Nadlan AI is a discovery, search, and AI-assistance platform. We are not a real estate agent, broker, mortgage advisor, escrow agent, or party to any communication, negotiation, contract, or transaction between users of the platform — including between buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, agents, agencies, lenders, or service providers. Any agreement reached through introductions made on the platform is solely between the parties to that agreement, and Nadlan AI is not a counterparty to it and does not collect commission on it.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, hide, demote, edit, or remove any listing that we believe is inaccurate, stale, fraudulent, duplicative, illegal, in violation of these terms, or otherwise harmful to the platform or its users. We may also suspend a publisher's right to post further listings. We are not obligated to provide a reason for moderation decisions, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material removals to the affected publisher.
All elements of the Nadlan AI platform — including software code, database schema, search indexes, AI prompts and tooling, design system, brand, written content, compiled property datasets, and the Nadlan AI name and logo — are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may browse public pages and use the service for your personal or professional real estate needs, but you may not copy, redistribute, modify, scrape, or otherwise commercially exploit any platform component without prior written consent. Public access by approved search-engine and AI crawlers is governed solely by our published robots.txt and llms.txt.
Public search-engine crawlers and AI retrieval crawlers (including GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, CCBot, Applebot-Extended, and similar) are explicitly permitted to access public pages on this site in accordance with our published robots.txt and llms.txt, provided they respect reasonable rate limits and do not access private, account-only, admin, API, share-link, or other restricted areas.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, AI responses, price data, or mortgage calculations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nadlan AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim. This includes any damages arising from property transactions, investment decisions, or reliance on AI-generated information.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nadlan AI, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981) where applicable to personal data. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel.
We may update these terms and privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
