Assistants Memory
What you tell the assistant once stays. Client names, budgets, decisions, “remember I’m not working with X”.
In addition to the timeline of contacts and property details, the assistant has your personal memory — a repository of notes you tell it. It can retrieve them on its own when relevant, even in future conversations. This memory is private to you alone — admin cannot see it, other agents cannot see it.

Say “Remember…”
“Remember that David’s client is actually his father, the payment comes from him.” — and it will remember.

Check what it knows
“What do you remember about me?” / “What do you remember about David?” — and it will return the relevant memories.

Clear
“Forget the note about David” — and the memory will be deleted. Confirmation before deletion as always.
Do it via AI
Reminder: the assistant really performs these actions — not just describes them.
Remembered ✓ — I won’t accept proposals from "Kohen Properties", and if they’re mentioned I’ll flag you for manual approval.
